I have lived in San Juan Bautista all my life. Sofia and I raised 5 children and have 10 Grandchildren. After graduating from Gavilan College, I completed my formal education at University of California, Santa Cruz in 1975 with degrees in Fine Art, Art History, and Education. In 1975 & 1976 I worked on several restoration projects to restore and preserve Mission San Juan Bautista architecture and paintings. Worked 27 years for IBM (1982) as a Manufacturing Test Technician, Warranty Technical Resolution and Manufacturing First Line Manager of Computer Storage systems and devices. While at IBM, I was also given special assignments as Quality Control and Safety Educator and Trainer where our entire Manufacturing Project, from production lines to executive administration, needed to be in compliant and audit ready as measure by IBM and ISO9000 standards. I have been a part of Mission San Juan Bautista and its city since the age of 12 years to the present as a family member serving the catholic church as a volunteer, teacher, director, and board member. For the city of San Juan Bautista, I participated in the development and implementation of 3 General Plans, served on many projects and committees, and appointed to several city government assignments. Since my retirement from IBM in 2009, my current personal occupation is digital photography, managing my own personal website, and displaying my artwork. My wife and I plan to travel as best we can and spent more time with family and friends.San Juan Bautista, CA 95045 Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
