COVID-19 Testing Sites in San Juan Bautista

OptumServe is at the school overflow parking lot, 100 Nyland Drive San Juan Bautista (next to the soccer field), every Thursday from 10 am - 6 pm with a "test-to-treat" rapid antigen test. The test-to-treat program will provide access, for eligible patients, to receive a prescription oral antiviral (Paxlovid or Molnupiravir). There is also an option for a PCR test with results available within a few days. All clinics are closed between 2 pm and 3 pm for lunch. Take home rapid antigen kits are also available at the San Juan Bautista City Library located at 801 Second St. San Juan Bautista. If you are experiencing symptoms please email them at library@san-juan-bautista.ca.us or call 831-623-4687 so that they can arrange a curbside pickup for you in their parking lot. They also have PCR testing available with results within a few days. Create your own account at go.color.com/3zVMeXK beforehand so that you can activate your testing kit before they mail your sample off to the color lab.
