Today the State Water Resources Control Board - Division of Drinking Water cancelled the service connection moratorium. This has been an issue for the City for at least the past 15 years. The City now has a safe, redundant water supply in case of a well going down. The high iron/manganese well is now on stand-by and the issue of water discoloration will go away.
